Philoid EdTech ("Philoid", "we", "us", "our") provides online courses, NCERT solutions, study materials, and practice tools ("Services"), accessible at www.philoid.in and our mobile applications. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Definitions

• "Member" — a person who completes Philoid's account registration
• "Student" — a Member who enrolls in a Course

Eligibility

Use of Philoid is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under Indian law. The site is intended for persons who are 18 years or older. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian can help you enroll.

Payment & refunds

Enrollment requests will be pre-approved, confirmed, or rejected within 7 days. If we cannot confirm within this window, any amounts collected will be refunded. Cancellations follow the policy in the applicable listing — no refund for services already provided.

Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Use of Philoid implies your agreement to it.

Liability

We will not be liable for damages of any kind arising from use of this site, including compensatory, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages; or loss of data, goodwill, business opportunity, income, or profit.

Governing law

Disputes shall be referred to a Sole Arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Seat: Delhi. Exclusive jurisdiction: courts of Delhi, India.

Changes

Philoid may update these terms at any time. For substantial changes, we'll notify users via a banner on the site.
